Created to Make Self-Care Easy

This is a hard time to be a human. We’re all constantly bombarded with negative messaging every day and trying to take care of ourselves in a world that just seems to want to take from us. I created Loyal to Self because I struggled to define a good self-care routine to nurture my mental health throughout the pandemic. I found it was just taking too much time. From lighting candles, rolling out my mat for a yoga session, trying to meditate, or taking a relaxing bath – it required a lot of dedicated time outside of my regular routine.

I wanted to create something that could reduce my stress levels and provide a sense of calm and relaxation, all while fitting into my normal routine. That’s when I discovered shower steamers. They are an easy and effective way to create a spa-like experience during your normal daily shower. So even if you only have five minutes before work or need to unwind from a busy day, we're here to transport you to relaxing worlds. Reminding you that self-care isn't selfish.
